Delivery
We process and ship orders as soon as possible, excluding UAE public holidays.

Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in your order total and are payable upon delivery (if applicable).

Within the UAE: Orders to Dubai and Abu Dhabi are dispatched within 2–3 working days (excluding Sundays).

Internationally: Estimated delivery from the date of dispatch is 3–5 working days within the GCC, and 5–7 working days for the rest of the world.

Shipments to Saudi Arabia: addresses must be provided in the following format:

• Address Line 1: Short Address (e.g., SPLD2929) or Full Address

• Address Line 2: Suburb or District (e.g., Al Olaya)

• Address Line 3: Short Address format – 4 letters + 4 numbers
