SHIPPING

Within the UAE

We currently ship to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with orders dispatched within 2–3 working days (excluding Sundays).

For shipments to other Emirates, we're happy to accommodate requests on a case-by-case basis. Shipping charges will apply. Please get in touch and we'll be happy to assist.

Internationally 

We ship internationally to the following markets:

Bahrain (BH), Egypt (EG), Jordan (JO), Kuwait (KW), Lebanon (LB), Oman (OM), Qatar (QA), Saudi Arabia (SA), Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Denmark (DK), France (FR), Germany (DE), Greece (GR), Ireland (IE), Italy (IT), Netherlands (NL), Norway (NO), Portugal (PT), Spain (ES), Sweden (SE), Switzerland (CH), United Kingdom (GB), Australia (AU), Turkey (TR), Canada (CA), USA (US)

Estimated delivery from the date of dispatch is 3–5 working days within the GCC, and 5–7 working days for the rest of the world. We process and ship orders as soon as possible, excluding UAE public holidays.

Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in your order total and are payable upon delivery.

For destinations not listed above, we may be able to accommodate your order on a case-by-case basis. For any questions about international shipping, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

NOTE ON SAUDI SHIPMENTS 

For shipments to Saudi Arabia, addresses must be provided in the following format:

  • Address Line 1: Short Address (e.g., SPLD2929) or Full Address

  • Address Line 2: Suburb or District (e.g., Al Olaya)

  • Address Line 3: Short Address format – 4 letters + 4 numbers

Addresses not provided in this format cannot be processed. We may follow up to request the correct details, however if we're unable to obtain a valid address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or sale items. For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges on bed linen and towels are also not accepted.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we'll be happy to guide you through the process.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If the item is in perfect condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

DEFECTS/DAMAGE

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can look into it right away.

Defective items will be replaced like for like, subject to availability. Please note that variations in design, colour, shape, and weave are characteristic of the natural materials and hand-embroidery techniques used, and assessments of damage or defects are therefore at our discretion. In the event that a defective item cannot be replaced, a credit note will be issued.

SHIPPING COST POLICY

Shipping costs for delivery, returns, and exchanges are non-refundable, with the exception of returns for faulty items. Please note that delivery times for exchanged items will vary depending on your location.
