SHIPPING
Within the UAE
We currently ship to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Orders will be shipped within a maximum of 2-3 working days (no Sunday delivery available).
We may accommodate shipment requests to other Emirates within the UAE (beyond Dubai and Abu Dhabi), on a case by case basis, and upon customer request. Shipping charges will apply. Internationally
We may accommodate international shipment requests on a case by case basis, and upon customer request. Shipping charges and customs duty, where applicable, will apply. Please reach out to us using this form if you’d like to make an order for international shipment and we’d be happy to assist you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom purchases, or sale items. For hygiene reasons, we also do not accept returns or exchanges on bed linen or towels.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we have inspected the returned item, we will send an email to notify you that we have received it. If the order is in perfect condition, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your account or contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds can take time to be cleared by your bank. If you have done this and have still not received your refund, please reach out to us using this form.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
DEFECTS/DAMAGE
If you need to replace a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately, or within a maximum of 7 days of receipt, using this form so that we can evaluate the issue.
Damaged or defective items will be replaced like for like, subject to availability.
Please note that variations in design, color, shape and weave are characteristic of the natural materials and hand-embroidery techniques used. Assessment of damage and defects is therefore at our discretion. In the event that a defective item cannot be replaced, a credit note or refund will be issued.
SHIPPING COST POLICY
Shipping costs for delivery, returns and exchanges are non-refundable (with the exception of returns for faulty items).
The time it takes for exchanged items to reach you will vary depending on your location.
